Copper Garden Designs specializes in handcrafted copper art for the garden and home. All artwork is original design and handcrafted in our studio in Des Moines, Iowa. Several standard designs are available, although, no two items are exactly alike.
Copper Garden Designs also does custom artwork. Whether you envision a large sculptural piece for your garden or a smaller accent piece with special meaning for the garden or home, Copper Garden Designs will work with you to transform your idea into a reality.
If you are frustrated with the mass produced, foreign-made garden art and home decor that is commercially available, we invite you to explore our website, or contact us to have Copper Garden Designs create artwork that is uniquely yours.

About the Owner/Artist - Ann Allison
After a long-time career in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Ann obtained her Bachelors in Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Ann then pursued a career as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in audits of not-for-profit organizations.
In 2006, Ann decided to combine her 30 year love of gardening and landscaping with her latent artistic abilities. This led to the formation of Copper Garden Designs in early 2007. Along with running Copper Garden Designs, Ann remains active in the accounting field, is a member of several professional societies, and serves as a volunteer for various not-for-profit organizations.
Over the years of landscaping her own yard, Ann noticed a ripple effect in her neighborhood. Other people seemed inspired to improve the appearance (and enjoyment) of their own properties. Although Ann is not a landscape architect, or a certified landscape designer, she has gained much practical experience over the years of landscaping her own property and assisting friends, family, and neighbors with their own landscaping. Based on these experiences, Ann has developed a presentation titled "A Layman's Guide to Developing a Landscape." This presentation is geared toward inspiring people to undertake their own landscaping projects, and is full of suggestions and helpful hints. Ann is willing to present this guide to neighborhood organizations, or other interested non-profit entities in the metro Des Moines area at no cost to the organization. For more information, contact Ann.
